My Surprise Engagement & Video!

This isn’t your typical On File post. I didn’t think my next write-up would be about a surprise engagement but the procrastinator in me is OK with this considering I wasn’t prepared for a Monday post anyways! On Sunday, I got engaged! My now fiancé, Curt, planned a truly memorable proposal for our two year anniversary. I’ll admit, I kinda had a small hunch (he told me two weeks ago he was planning a “surprise” for our anniversary). But how he did it was a absolutely amazing. My boyfriend is a videographer and editor, so it was only appropriate that our engagement was caught on camera. So, dear readers, you can watch the entire proposal for yourself! And like a typical beauty blogger, you’ll get a chuckle midway through the video when I ask, “is my mascara running?” Thank god for CoverGirl’s Bombshell Volume Mascara. Oh and in case you were wondering, I’m wearing Revlon scented nail polish in Apricot Nectar.
