I felt a small tingling sensation when I first applied it and that’s the Lipoamino Acid Technology working to add more plump to my pout. The first time I applied this to my bare lips I noticed it dried pretty quickly so I recommend priming with a plain balm (I keep Glossier Balm Dotcom with me at all times).
