This matte eye liner has a super-fine precision brush that deposits long-wearing inky color that will enhance your eyes without budging. To achieve the ultimate feline flick, use the fine-tip to mark out the shape of the flick and dab the wand onto the skin to release product. Hold at the outer corner of the eye and angle the tip towards the end of the brow. If you make a mistake, don’t revert to your eye makeup remover. Use a Q-tip and dip it in your everyday moisturizer and erase awkward lines instantly. Seriously, this works. Because I still mess up all the time.
