Hey Kara! What primer to you recommend? I can’t find one I love!

I had a real problem with the price tag too. In the end, I only bought it because I had a $15 credit so it made the price a bit more bearable. I agree that the shades can be a little tricky but I do like the selection and I actually enjoy that it forces me to be a bit more creative. However, it’s certainly the last palette I’ll buy for awhile!

I was just searching for the best drug store eyeshadow palette’s yesterday! Thank you so much for posting this! I couldn’t justify dropping the $ for the Naked palette either, even though it’s raved about. I’d love to know which primer you recommend and a good blending brush!

Hi, Kara! I agree, the price of eye shadow palettes are crazy. I will admit that I have quite a few and am a sucker for anything that Laura Mercier and NARS put out. My most recent purchase was NARS “And God Created the Woman”. Although all of the eye shadows in this palette are beautiful, I use two regularly.

The Urban Decay Naked 3 (and 1 and 2) is my LIFELINE! I used to be much more colorful in my eyeshadow color choices (and I have about 5 other Urban Decay palettes, including the awesome Alice in Wonderland palette), but these days I like to go with the neutrals Monday-Friday, and on weekends the Naked palettes offer awesome smoky tones. 🙂
